Refund Policy

Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under applicable and relevant consumer protection laws. If there is a problem with the download link, we will make sure you receive a working link as soon as possible.

The Monthly Subscription Service often includes a 3 day trial period, meaning that the debit/credit card will be charged 3 days after the online purchase. If there is a 'trial period offer' at the time of purchase, the customer will have 3 days to decide whether to continue subscribing to the service. Once the debit/credit card has been charged we do not offer refunds. 

You can unsubscribe from the monthly service at any time.  To assure that the debit/credit card is not automatically charged for the following 30 day period, the subscription has to be cancelled a minimum of 5 days prior to the next payment.
