Refund Policy

Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under applicable and relevant consumer protection laws. If there is a problem with the download link, we will make sure you receive a working link as soon as possible.

In the GENIE service category, there is a 3 day period in which customers can ask for a refund. There will, however, always be a cost of 20€ + VAT due to the costs of transfers when using the Shopify, Stripe and PayPal platforms, as well as handling fees. This part of the GENIE price is non-refundable. 

The upcoming Monthly Subscription Service will often include a trial period, meaning that the debit/credit card will not be charged until that period runs out. If there is a 'trial period offer' at the time of purchase, the customer will have this time to decide whether to continue subscribing to the service. Once the debit/credit card has been charged we do not offer refunds. 

You can unsubscribe from the monthly service at any time.  To assure that the debit/credit card is not automatically charged for the following 30 day period, the subscription has to be cancelled a minimum of 5 days prior to the next payment.
